Keeping a Clean Desktop

"I like having next to nothing on my desktop, usually just My Computer, My Network Places and Control Panel, though occasionally I'll add a folder for stuff I'm currently working on. I also use the Desktop Toolbar, which gives me access to those icons even when I have applications open. The only problem is that Windows insists on having menu items for My Documents, Recycle Bin and IE on the toolbar even though they are not on my desktop. Is there any way to change the toolbar so that it only shows what is actually on my desktop?" For the solution, click below:
