Mindhuters is about a group of FBI profiler trainees who set out on a mock operation to profile a serial killer, just to find the group is in the midst of really serial killing spree. This movie was a bit predicable in what was going to happen, except for the interesting traps set by the killer. Some of them were quick ingenious, not just the way the trap was set but who actually got it. After the first FBI profiler got it, they team realized this was no drill. The mock operation takes place on an island used for urban warfare. This operation is lead by the class’s instructor Jake Harris (Val Kilmer) and is the final exam. This is a team of seven students and one observer. The team has a team leader J.D. Reston (Christian Slater) and consists of Lucas Harper (Jonny Lee Miller) your tough guy; Sara Moore (Kathryn Morris) a timid woman who is deathly afraid of water; Nicole Willis (Patricia Velasquez) your tough chick; Vince Sherman (Clifton Collins Jr.) that is confined to a wheelchair; Bobby Whitman (Eion Bailey) and Rafe Perry (Will Kemp), which round out the team. The movie has an interesting twist at the end. The effects crew did a good job on making this movie believable.

The Movie Rental Review found this movie to be OK, nice action and a moving plot line are the good points.
